Silkscreen
Silkscreen has ancient roots that trace back to China during the Song Dynasty (960–1279 AD), where it was first used for printing on textiles and paper. The technique spread to Japan and other parts of Asia, where it was refined, incorporating stencils and more sophisticated methods.
In the 20th century, artists like Andy Warhol helped elevate screen printing into an art form, making it a staple in both art and fashion.
